Our Local Real Estate BOARD came out to our great city of Airdrie. 12 minutes from Calgary we sit to the north. Population of 44,000 people We have big BOX stores, locally owned Stores, and a wide array of Restaurants. OUR REAL Estate Market is up 38% from this time last year. Although no where near the PEAK of 2007, we still sit 5% below this peak. I’ve lived in Airdrie since 1997, brining my family from Red Deer. Both my husband and I are from Ontario, way back when.
I had the opportunity to travel a bit of our country with my Dad being in the RCMP. Being part the force, as a family we seemed to Find friend no matter where we ended up. Transferred from one city to the other we were welcomed with open arms.

Often I'm asked this question over and over. Especailly when I run into someone at the grocery store or Starbucks. We should know our stats in the community we work in. That's what we do. Key this information up every week, arm yourself with the most basic of information. Coopers Crossing is well designed and beautifully landscaped with six kilometer pathway system connecting every corner of this hillside development. Airdrie's most prestigious address is the Estates of Cooper's Crossing with estate homes on lots up to 74 feet wide. Many major stores are not too far from this community in Airdrie. Did you know last year our population grew by 11 people per day. Our city has the capacity for 83,000 people currently, and after the next annexation there will be room for 120,000 people. That "Think Airdrie" is a new website to be launched, focusing on working, playing and shopping in Airdrie. That "its all here for you" in Airdrie.
