Why are you still on the fence?
With interest rates climbing, there are still so many buyers on the fence.
With the market changing again, inventory is beginning to look low and interest rates are climbing, it doesn't mean it is not a good time to buy.  This is a great time to buy. The interest rate is still extremely low and there are plenty of houses that are still priced below market.  Time to get off the fence and get out there and buy before you feel like you missed the boat.
