You may think the grass is greener on the other side.... why is that?  It's because the other side most probably put in the work needed to get the greener grass or it's your vision of the other side when you do not feel like making your side greener.  Everyone at one point of there life sees the grass greener on the other side but it's the discipline and determination of us keep working on our own grass.  Success is dressed in overalls and looks like hard work. But if you take the time to water your own grass it would be … (2 comments)

It's easy to stand with the crowd... you can go with the flow.  Not get recognized or criticized, have the safety in numbers and on and on.  But standing with the crowd has it's limits.  You will only make what the average crowd member makes.  You will be guided by their direction of choice, not yours.  The crowd also never has direction, they just continue to go without direction and you know what the say about that, people without direction always get nowhere fast.It takes courage to stand alone... you have the freedom to take the road less traveled.  You … (6 comments)

Success is a state of mind... It's not a chance or good luck or having rich family members.  It's a state of mind from the beginning. If you want success, start thinking of yourself as a success... You have to be thinking of success if you want it.  Once you think about it and turn it into a burning desire, those desires will work with your mind to develop the right path to follow to reach your success.  And with those developments in your mind you will take action upon those thoughts to reach your success. So Success is a state of … (2 comments)

Today is a new day with a new start. GOD has given you another day on Earth.  Living today is a gracious present that HE has given us.  So what face are you going to put on today?  Laughing and happiness is the best choice.  Laughter cures the soul.  Anger damages the soul and not caring guides the soul to nowhere.  Hmm... What to wear... I highly recommend laughter.  Trust me, the soul with thank you for the choice.

Spending today complaining about yesterday won't make tomorrow any better... Do you know people like this?  I call them "Bed Wetters".   They complain and complain and are ALWAYS looking at what went wrong.  How far can a person get in life always complaining about yesterday? Complaining about yesterday means they are not looking at today or focusing on the future, which means they will always be looking in to review mirror of life.  Spending today complaining about yesterday won't make tomorrow any better but it WILL destroy your present time... and we are ALWAYS in the present moment.

When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached....  All goals will have a way for you to reach them.  Sometimes the actions you need to take will have to be altered or even changed. Don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps....  It's always much easier to adjust the action steps to reach your goals than it is to live with regret because you gave up on your goals or you adjusted your goals because you ran into a road block. Never give up on the goals but don't be afraid to adjust your goals.GO FOR IT, YOU CAN DO … (2 comments)

Your Soul is rooting for you...  Your soul is your deepest innermost part of who you are and it's rooting for you.  Now are you believing in yourself?  When you hear someone say their body and mind are in-line, what that are really saying is their mind is completely in agreeing with the soul that they can obtain a certain goal.  Your soul is always rooting for you,  is your mind?

Forget the past, You will go fast and further looking out the front windshield when driving a car than you will staring in the rear view mirror.Accept your mistakes.  Mistakes do 1 of 2 things.  Either shut down the weak or build the strong,  Where are you on mistakes?Cry and move on.  Holding in tough situations only builds up inside until you snap.  Crying and dwelling will tear you down to nothing, crying for a brief ttime then moving on will let you grieve and then get strong and move forward.Thank GOD, Thank GOD EVERYDAY for it is HE … (3 comments)

You have a choice...That is the most important part of the day EVERY day.  You have a choice to think positive or not, to do positive or not and to treat people positive or not.You can throw in the towel... also know as quitting.  Where does quitting get you in life?  Last I checked quitting gets you nowhere -- unless you are digging yourself a hole in trouble.  But then again, what seems like trouble may be just success dressed like hard work.Or you can use it to wipe the sweat off your face...  when your at the point of grabbing … (6 comments)

Just because something isn't happening for you right now doesn't mean that it will never happen... unless you are someone that gives up easily.  Are you?  I hope not.  We all have dreams and desires.  Perseverance is the key to getting what you want.  Have you ever witnessed a child asking over and over for something till they get it?  How about a child trying to walk and falling on their but over and over.  Did those kids give up?  No.  They have no fear of asking till they receive or trying till they make it.  Why and when do … (2 comments)

Running away from any problem only increases the distance from the solution... Running from a problem or stepping up to deal with it are the difference from immaturity and maturity.  The easiest way to escape from the problem is to solve it... The sooner you solve it the sooner you become wiser from the situation and the sooner you can move on in life.

If you're waiting for a sign                                                                                                                          THIS IS IT !!!If you are waiting, what are you waiting for?  A sign from above?  A sign of acceptance form your peers?  A sign of guaranteed success?  You are not going to see those signs.  The only chance is from your peers, and if they do give you a sign what gives them a right to do so?  Did they ever do what you are looking to accomplish?  Most of the time that answer is no.  So why wait for a sign from them.  As for waiting for a sign from above....you woke up … (4 comments)

adams twp: Do you deserve the Extra Effort Award? - 02/07/12 02:34 PM
Yesterday I wrote a blog about The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that LITTLE EXTRA.And today that little extra worked out.
That extra effort got me a buyer today.  The listing agent didn't want to show their listing so the buyer called me... He called me yesterday on my listing and ended up not wanting to see it and didn't want information on other properties or to work with anyone specific.  They were just looking to see whats out there and wanted NO commitment to an agent.  But with me willing to show him my listing yesterday he called me today about this … (6 comments)

The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that LITTLE EXTRA.... How often have you given up on something when you know there was more you could do?  Have you ever envied someone who seemed to be able to do the hard things so easily?  They do it so easily do to the fact that they put that Little Extra into what they do.  There are so many people do the minimum in life to get by.  Then there are those that put in that Little Extra and get bigger/better results, and they look like they do it with less effort.  … (3 comments)

We navigate our whole lives using words... What words are you currently using?  the nastiest word in the English language is a four letter word that is so obsured that it sends chills down my spine when I hear the word "can't".That word alone can cripple friendships, success, happiness and families.  If you get rid of that word and replace it with " How Can I?"  I assure you that your outlook on those situations will change and in turn it WILL change your life.Change and improve the words and I believe we can change and improve life.... Let's play … (5 comments)

You can't start the next chapter of you life if you keep rereading your last one....Did you have a bad experience in life that you keep seeing in you mind and/or dreams (nightmares)?  Is that experience holding you back from going forward with you dreams?  It did for me at one time in my life.  I lost about 5 years of my life by burying my head in the sand when things when bad.  I did not know how to let it go and it held me captive mentally and emotionally.  I kept re-reading the last chapter.  Well that was … (4 comments)
