cranberry success: Inspiration for the day Oct 13 2012 - 10/13/12 10:07 AM

You are confined ONLY by the walls you build yourself.  Stop building walls and excuses and you can have the life of your dreams.  I had limits and walls years ago.  Once I tore down those walls and decided that I do not have any limits my life changed in so many ways.  What are the walls in your life?  What would it take to crush those walls?  Remember, excuses are the easy way out and the easier you have it now... The harder life will be down the road.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. What is one thing that you are interested in that you would LOVE to have? Stop wishing for it and MAKE it a reality in your life. I say all the time that Excuses are the easy way out. NO EXCUSES. Commit yourself to your dreams and you will have the perfect life.

Desire-- a commitment to excellence-- that will enable you to attain the success you seek... Your desire to have/be something of true value has to be more than a desire. Like Napoleon Hill said in "Think and Grow Rich" you HAVE to have a BURNING Desire in life for the things you want to have and be. There are NO excuses that a person with a Burning Desire will accept. Will you accept excuses or make your desires SOOO burning within you that nothing is going to stop you?

Make the best of today and everyday.  Remember that This day will never happen again yet the memories will last forever if you make something special of it.  Today is the first day of the rest of your life.  What are you going to do today to make this day last forever in your memories?

You can't out-exercise a bad diet... If you can not out-exercise a bad diet, then why try.  It's much easier NOT to put that crap into you mouth than it is to have to work for hours to get most of it out of your system.  No matter how hard you try, you can not get it all out of your system.  Some of that fat is in-jested into your veins and that is what leads to heart attaches and other issues.  Also eating those kinds of food can make you not want to work out and become lazy.

The only person you are destined to become is the person you DECIDE to be... Who are you today? Seriously think about it in EVERY aspect of your life.  Are you the inshape athletic person you always dreamed you would be?  If not, the you DECIDED not to be that person.  How about where you are living.  Are you living in the place of your dreams?  If so that is great.  If not, then you have not DECIDED to live there.  Dreams and Decisions both start with the letter "D" but are to different paths in life.  A Dream is … (4 comments)

cranberry success: Inspiration for the day Sept 10 2012 - 09/09/12 07:27 PM

It's better to look back on life and say "I can't believe I did that." than to look back and say:" I wish I did that."  What are some of the memories you have that that you did in the past that have you saying "I can't believe I did that."?  What are some things you wish you did in the past?  I hope there is more of the first question over the second.  You memories are in the past that you can not change but NOW you are making to memories for tomorrow.  What can/WILL you do today to … (4 comments)
