My strength didn't come from lifting weights.  My strength came from lifting myself up every time I was knocked down...  And now looking back, I had to lift up myself so many times in life.  There are people that get knocked down and stay down.. Want faster results? Simple.  Work harder... There is no short cut to results.  You have to work harder then you are used to working.  You have to work harder then those that are doing it better than you.  It all starts with your thoughts.  "Whether you think you can or think you can't, your right." This is the beautiful Fingals Cave in Scotland.  The Fingals Cave a sea cave on the uninhabitited island of Staffe in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, part of a National Nature Reserve owned by the Mational Trust of Scotland.  It is formed completely from Hexagonally jointed Basalt columns within a Paleocene Lava Flow.  This is a wonderful display and natural beauty given to us.

Beautiful things happen in your like when you distance yourself from all the negative things... We have a choice every second of our lives to either see the positive side or the negative side of whats going on. Positive and negative are equal forces IF we let them be. If Saturn was as close to earth as the moon is, this is what we would see.  It looks like we could drive across the way and actually be there.  We enjoy photos like this and I especially LOVE to indulge in letting my mind go and seeing where it takes me.  With us being very detailed in what we do, It's nice to let the imagination go sometimes.  If there was the ability to go to Saturn and start building, living and developing families there would you could have the ability to go to Saturn and start a living there?  … (4 comments)

Today is a brand new day.  Are you going to learn to fly by working with an air plane instructor or are you going to jump in the plane and take off without any training?
