Here is a post that has been a draft of mind since Feb 2013. 
 They say it takes 21 day to form a habit. If we go that extra mile in real estate for 21 days straight; prospecting (calls/door knocking), doing extra marketing on our listings (online and offline), writing blogs, branding ourselves, calling past clients, etc... then after about a month it will seem normal so then we can step it up again and go another extra mile and step up our game. When you are on a listing appointment, its all about what you can do for the seller and how you work.
What are the best closing questions you use? 
I have a listing presentation book and when going through my materials I keep it simple.  My objective it to have everything flow smoothly and to get the sellers to do most all the talking.  While learning different closes in my career I have tried a few different ways to close.

Are you Average Joe? Go with the flow, whatever the news says must be the way .
OR
Are you a psychic?  I can see my future.
Chicken Littles are always and constantly thinking of the worst-- wont prospect in this business due to the fear of rejection, constantly worried about the contracts, always negative about the inspections and thinking that the closing/settlement will never happen with all that can and will go wrong.  They either are the lowest producers or dont make it due to fear that … (5 comments)
