I'm not sure I want to say the market has turned but I will go so far as to say things have changed here in Parker and Douglas County Colorado. Real estate is moving and homes are disappearing off the shelf. Just during the past two months I've run into situations where there have been multiple offers for the same property and down right dirty negotiating to get deals put together. Buyers are going over asking price and slashing concessions for closing costs altogether. Our inventory has dropped by over 10,000 homes in the last year and we are actually near … (2 comments)

I'll make it short and sweet. Over the past two months I've had several encounters with hostile brokers. It seems the current market conditions are not only bringing down house values and stock prices but also basic broker to broker respect and common decency. How about taking a step back and realizing that we are all trying to accomplish the same goal of helping buyers and sellers.
