I'm looking for anyone who has evidence of, or experience with, any "buy & bail" transactions. Those would be transactions whereby someone purchased a new home at today's discounted price then stopped making payments on their prior residence which had them in a negative equity position. ABC-TV News wants to do a story on how the brand new lending guidelines restrict people from being able to pull off the "buy & bail". I was about to Cry when I received an eMail Letter from one of my Clients that spoke with a Forked Tongue, with me, when he/she forwarded an eMail from one of the Local Home Builders that wanted to show him "the new them", that wanted to "redefine new homes", that wanted to "make sure that they built what he/she was looking for", etc. Before I Go On,,,

I was just with a client and he asked me why he should move to Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter, Florida. I only had 3 hours with him to show him both Palm Beach Gardens Real Estate and Jupiter Real Estate and for a part of the 3 hours he needed to stop and eat. That only left me with 2 hours to show him homes that were for sale. He indicated that he took a couple of weeks off from work to tour Florida and then determine where he was going to buy his new home. I have not heard back from him yet. This was (0 comments)
