prudential: Why don’t we in the Real Estate industry “get” Social Media and the recruiting implication? - 09/19/11 03:07 AM
Many notable voices including the Wall Street Journal have labeled the real estate industry to be “dinosaur like” and out of date. That the front line managers are often technologically deficient and not knowledgeable enough of current marketing strategies that technology provides. The strategies often  used to recruit and train the newly recruited agents to reach their clients and potential customers are out dated, focused on old methods such as strict telephone prospecting, door knocking, direct mail and  as a result distance the existing business opportunities further and further form those they need to reach.
