Using a Realtor gives you confidence in your approach to real estate whether it is buying, selling or investing. The humble, better half of the Realtors combine technology with good ol' wisdom that only comes from experience. You need an expert in pricing the home, arranging and coordinating the business aspects (inspections, appraisal, marketing, open houses, negotiations, etc...) in the sales process.
