Bloomington home values have seen historic appreciation over the last few years with a 21.5% increase in median home prices since 2016!
Homes on the market in Bloomington on average are currently receiving 100.6% of list price, indicating strong offers from buyers.
Bloomington median home prices are up 13% just since December 2018!
