Bloomington, is a fantastic community just 10 minutes from the airport and in the middle of the action in the Twin Cities. Great shopping, restaurants, parks and activities make this a very desirable community!
Bloomington home values have seen historic appreciation over the last few years with a 21.5% increase in median home prices since 2016!
Homes on the market in Bloomington on average are currently receiving 100.6% of list price, indicating strong offers from buyers.
Bloomington median home prices are up 13% just since December 2018!
Given the numbers we are seeing, with the added "fuel" of record low mortgage interest rates, we expect summer 2019 … (1 comments)
