Homes on the market in Chaska on average are currently receiving 100.8% of list price, indicating strong offers from buyers. Chaska median home prices are up an incredible 40% just since January 2019!
Given the numbers we are seeing, with the added "fuel" of record low mortgage interest rates we expect summer 2019 in Chaska to be a VERY strong sellers market, and an excellent time to buy as well!

Given the numbers we are seeing, and the historically low mortgage interest rates, we expect summer 2019 in Chaska to be a VERY strong sellers market, and an excellent time to buy as well!
