Chaska, has been growing at a continued rapid rate and is a highly desired residential community in the southwestern suburbs.
Chaska homes values have seen historic appreciation over the last few years with a 17.5% increase in median home prices since 2016!
Homes on the market in Chaska on average are currently receiving 100.8% of list price, indicating strong offers from buyers.
Chaska median home prices are up an incredible 40% just since January 2019!
Given the numbers we are seeing, with the added "fuel" of record low mortgage interest rates we expect summer 2019 in Chaska to be a VERY strong sellers market, and an excellent time to buy as well!

Chaska median home prices are up an incredible 42% just since January 2019!
Given the numbers we are seeing, and the historically low mortgage interest rates, we expect summer 2019 in Chaska to be a VERY strong sellers market, and an excellent time to buy as well!
