Well, more simply what do homesellers think about?
All homes are sold, it is just a matter of when they are sold, who buys them, and how much money is paid for it?
This is a brief yet informative dip into my world of talking to homeowners who when they are ready, I would like them to hire me to become homesellers.
Their concerns are real, they make sense, and they are also important.
