Dewey Hill Condominiums are a beautiful, and secluded neighborhood of three buildings (West, East, and South) located just west of Cahill Road, and just to the south of William Wardwell Lewis Park Dewey Hill East (5501 Dewey) and South (5501 Dewey) are not specifically a 55+ Senior designated community, it is however handicapped accessible in all common area's. Dewey Hill West (5601 Dewey) is a designated 55+ Senior Community. The Brookside Condominiums are a beautifully located just west of Hwy 100, and north of the 50th and Vernon Shopping area. Brookside is made up of 4 buildings 4350, 4360, 4370, and 4380. The are on the eastern edge of the public 18 hole Meadowbrook Golf Course. Brookside also has breathtaking views of Todd Park the Minnehaha Creek headwaters. Each of the buildings has its own independent homeowners association, which manages grounds, common areas, swimming pool, party rooms, underground parking, etc....
