Edina continues to rank as one of the top communities in the Twin Cities. With some of the best shopping in the metro, over 40 parks, great trails and greenspaces, and excellent schools, Edina is a great place to live!
Edina home values have seen historic appreciation over the last few years with a 14.5% increase in median home prices since 2016!
Homes on the market in Edina on average are currently receiving 98.5% of list price, indicating strong offers from buyers.
Edina median home prices are up an impressive 21% just since January 2019!
