Minnetonka ranks as one of the Top 100 Best Places to live (as ranked by Money Magazine) and home values reflect that. Minnetonka homes values have seen historic appreciation over the last few years with a 16.5% increase in median home prices since 2016.
Homes on the market in Minnetonka are currently receiving 100% of original list price, indicating strong offers from buyers. We see no reason this trend is even accelerating, as Minnetonka overall home prices are up 8% since just November of 2018!
Given the numbers we are seeing, we expect summer 2019 in Minnetonka to be a VERY strong sellers market, and an excellent time to buy as well!
