Minnetonka homes values have seen historic appreciation over the last few years with a 15.5% increase in median home prices since 2016. Homes on the market in Minnetonka are currently receiving 99.7% of original list price, indicating strong offers from buyers. Minnetonka overall home prices are up 12.8% since just November of 2018!
Given the numbers we are seeing, with the added "fuel" of record low mortgage interest rates we expect summer 2019 in Minnetonka to be a VERY strong sellers market, and an excellent time to buy as well!

Minnetonka homes values have seen historic appreciation over the last few years with a 16.5% increase in median home prices since 2016. Homes on the market in Minnetonka are currently receiving 100% of original list price, indicating strong offers from buyers. We see no reason this trend is even accelerating, as Minnetonka overall home prices are up 8% since just November of 2018!
Given the numbers we are seeing, we expect summer 2019 in Minnetonka to be a VERY strong sellers market, and an excellent time to buy as well!
