There are currently 342 Single Family Homes that are Actively for Sale with list prices over $1,000,000 in Hennepin County. How does that compare with with closed sales of the same category over the last 10 years? Hello, First things first, take a deep breath and tell yourself that "My mortgage company does not want to foreclose on my home!".
