Many metropolitan markets have been experiencing an uptick in activity, a rising in prices, and less saturation, the Twin Cities is no different, even performing better than many parts of the country....New Listings in the Twin Cities region decreased 9.6 percent to 4,855. Pending Sales were up 2 percent to 3,689. Inventory levels shrank 31.6 percent to 12,202 units. Prices rallied higher. The Median Sales Price increased 15.5 percent to $160,000.
