Centennial Park in the summertime The City of Edina operates nearly 40 parks and recreational facilities, including Arneson Acres, Braemar Arena, Braemar Golf Courses, Braemar Golf Dome, Centennial Lakes Park, Edina Aquatic Center, Edina Art Center, Edina Senior Center, indoor Edinborough Park, and Fred Richards Executive Golf Course. Centennial Lake Park Ice Skating in the wintertime Park amenities include baseball, football and soccer fields; softball diamonds; basketball and tennis courts; outdoor skating rinks; playground equipment for young children; and picnic shelters. The Department also maintains eight miles of scenic pathways for bicycling, walking, jogging, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Centennial Lakes Park in the summertime The City of Edina operates Centennial Lakes Park. It is a 24 Acre park with 1.5 miles of walking trails, and a 10 acre man made lake. The Park also hosts a variety of cultural performances in a 1,000-seat lakeside amphitheater. Visitors can rent the Hughes Pavilion for banquet space for weddings, business meetings and social events. Centennial Lake is also home, in the summer months to the Edina Model Yacht Club, an energetic group of radio-controlled model boating enthusiasts that ply the Park's waterways with scale replicas of a wide variety of vessels.
