It is 2011, and interestingly enough buyers have not changed much since I started in the Real Estate business in 16 years ago. As an Agency and buyer representation Instructor for Kaplan Professional Schools for nearly a decade, it is always interesting to hear how some agent's think buyers have "changed". Maybe some buyers THINK they have changed, but what they want and need has not changed. With the possible exception of their perception of what they "need".
