I have been in sales for over 30 years. I first started "selling" by serving at a restaurant, then after over a decade of that, I started selling real estate, and I have been doing it ever since. One of the methods of evaluation that I love is the start, stop, and continue theory. Here is what Google says it is....
Stop Start Continue Change Management Model. Using the four basic titles (STOP START CONTINUE (CHANGE) look at a service or offer and consider each of the actions, top stop elements (or the whole service), start doing something new, continue what is happening (it is working well) or change an element.

When you are thinking of buying or selling a home, townhomes, or condominium the same thing keeps running through most people's minds.
How do I find an agent that I can trust, that is will produce results, and that will not make me feel like I am a "bother" or that I "my questions/concerns" are stupid, or even an agent that simply refuses or finds excuses and does not return my texts and calls within a reasonable period of time.
I hear some of these complaints from consumers about other agents too, and for whatever it is worth, I am sorry...

CoreLogic’s latest Equity Report revealed that 91,000 properties regained equity in the first quarter of 2017. This is great news for the country, as 48.2 million of all mortgaged properties are now in a positive equity situation.
Price Appreciation = Good News for Homeowners!
Frank Nothaft, Chief Economist with CoreLogic explains:
“One million borrowers achieved positive equity over the last year, which means risk continues to steadily decline as a result of increasing home prices.”
Frank Martell, President and CEO of CoreLogic, believes this is a great sign for the market in 2017 as well, as he had this to say:

Well, it is a sad statement....but very much true. The bad is getting better, but it is still not that good, at least from the "historical perspective". There has been a steady decrease in the percentage of homeowners that are underwater for the last 13 quarters in a row. Q2-2015 is no exception, 14.4% of homeowners nationwide owe more than their home is worth. The average for condo owners is not as good with 1 in 5 (20%) are still upside down.
