Minnesota is a great place to live.  No, I am not just "saying that" as a cute way of saying "it is OK".... It is REALLY a great place to live! According to World Population Review Minnesota has "slipped" to the third happiest state to live in the United States behind heaven like Hawaii and Rocky Mountain high Utah!
