Business growth and development comes from referrals in one form or another. Maybe you disagree, but let's think of that statement more broadly.....With innovative advertising, a strong market presence, or even a great "location/position", a business can certainly have and even maintain some success. However, a long-lasting or even self-sustaining success comes when people have "tasted the fruit" or tried the product, and want other people to know about that product or service because they BELIEVE IN IT, LIKE IT, and they KNOW IT WORKS. Currently, the Multiple Listing Service in the Twin Cities reports there are only nine Townhomes for sale in Eden Prairie for under $250,000. This is certainly a record setting lack of listings. What does that mean for the average seller, they should take advantage of this low inventory and get their Eden Prairie Townhome on the market immediately. The buyers are out there, they just need more inventory!!!

Currently, the Multiple Listing Service in the Twin Cities reports there are only six Townhomes for sale in Chanhassen for under $300,000. This is certainly a record setting lack of listings. What does that mean for the average seller, they should take advantage of this low inventory and get their Chanhassen Townhome on the market immediately.

My wife Marilyn and I have been encouraging, paying for voice lesson's, sitting through concerts/plays, helping through University, and beaming with pride of our son for the last several years with his singing. He just came out with his first iTunes recording, this one of O Holy Night, a beautiful 170 year old Christmas Carol. Now, in all fairness.....It does not have anything in particular to do with Real Estate, but I am a Realtor, I love Activerain, and I also love Christmas and my son. It is well worth the 99 cents. I promise!
