I attended a great Women's Council of Realtor's Event this morning with a panel of the top producing Agents in our area... It was an open forum panel discussion over breakfast with over 80 in attendance taking notes, asking questions, and most importantly learning what does and what doesnt work for those out there making waves despite the market conditions.
The 2 BIG things that all of the agents on the panel agreed upon that was the key to their success were:
1. Personal Service over everything
2. Marketing to your existing client base continuosly!

A new Realtor client of mine ordered title (forgot to order earlier) late Friday afternoon from us here @ Franklin Title Agency & Closed on it mid day Monday (yesterday) with ease ...thanks to our Great staff always being on top of their game! Having an in-house Title Examiner definately makes it smoother but having a staff that takes ownership on each file makes it GOLD!

I just did a 1 hour presentation for a large bank's management team discussing title insurance and how it affects the deal, when it is applied, how it is applied, who pays for it, etc etc...
I was shocked that the majority of the management team (that deals in mortgages as well) had no clue what title insurance is and how it works!
Are you running into the same thing in dealing with title insurance?
