It is a scientific analysis that is produced by a CMA and an REALTOR Property Resource report, we stay as close to our local appraisers valuations and adjustments as possible. Sellers, it is to your benefit to price your property correctly within your specific market and every market is different. For example, a 3 bedroom 2 bath, ranch home with a full finished basement and an attached 2 car garage can easily sell for up to $150,000 in Storm Lake or Alta, Iowa.
