Just pulled the local MLS report for the month of September to see how the market compared to last year during the same time period. We are up 1%. Exact same number of listings and the value is up to 90% of list price vs. 89% from last year. Sellers activity is stable (no change at all), sales are up by one and the list vs. sales price went up 1%. So all in all, not bad news. … (0 comments)
