Lots of people up north think we're missing out because it's warm here and we don't have any snow. No - not at all! Not only do people here decorate their homes on the street side - many more decorate their homes on the waterside. December 13th is a day to enjoy the Boat Parades in St. Petersburg. Decorated boats join the parades (there are several in the Tampa Bay6 area) and you see t6he lights, and hear the music, and enjoy the fun the participants are having.
