When you are looking for commercial real estate such as apartments, office buildings, and industrial properties another great way to find them is to use the service of what is called a “List Broker”. List brokers are companies that compile lists of property types in different cities, and states all over the US. Each list broker has different requirements, so make sure you have your target market defined before you call them. In that 20 seconds, you need to address the investors’ “What’s in it for me” mentality.
