This time of year people are often talking about goals, whats ahead in the new year, and with that comes our expectations for the year ahead. So many times I see people in all walks of life set goals for themselves, create such lofty expectations that they are certain not meet, and then feel as though they failed. It is that time of year again, and businesses and individuals (sometimes they are one in the same) are gearing up for the coming year. Lots of re-evaluating and of course “goal setting”. In the last week I have been to numerous business meetings, read numerous blogs where “goal setting” was the major theme or topic of discussion. A Helpful Way of Achieving Goals in 2010For those of you that are familiar with Goal setting, it is generally believed that writing down those goals has a positive affect and seems to better the odds of achieving them. However there is another little trick that even further increases the impact of achieving goals.
