When potential buyers and their agent drives up to your residence, you want to make sure they don't continue driving! Make sure your yard is nicely manicured, free of weeds, trees trimmed back (added benefit - cutting back excessive tree branches allows light inside the house), and Christmas lights are removed (yep, some people leave theirs out all year long).
