Residential Home Resale statistics for Baltimore County- September 2010 The month of September 2010 in Baltimore County was a disappointing month statistically in the real estate market. Sales volume was down, Amount of sold units decreased by 25.73% and average sales price as a % of the list price dipped to below 90%.
Inventory is high and the historically low interest rates do not seem to be stimulating buyers to take advantage.
