I showed a home today in Catonsville, MD. It has been on the market for almost a year. When it was brand new on the market I had a client who put in a very reasonable offer. The seller rejected the offer. Today it is priced substantially lower than what they would have netted with my clients offer. IT IS STILL A BUYERS MARKET IN CATONSVILLE. You had your house for sale in Litchfield County... and it didn't sell. (You might be thinking.. why is she writing about that again?)
