The Clarksville Market Report for home sales in February 2014 is strong as homes are selling more quickly and interests rates stay low in the last quarter of the year.  

In the month of February 2014 - 6 homes were sold in Clarksville - that's a 20% increase over the number of homes sold that month in 2013. The average selling price in the 21029 zip code was $677,432 which is 49% higher than the year before. Prices appear to be reaching a stable point.
