Residential Home Resale statistics for Anne Arundel County- December 2010
 
While last month saw sales plummet over 25% compared to last year, this month in Anne Arundel County actually sees an increase, albeit a very small one. Going from -25% to .8% is a great increase, though, which seems to indicate that December was a strong month for real estate. Comparing sales in December of 2010 to the previous month provides a more true picture of the current resale market, and sales compared to last month were up $10 million. Another month of sales in Anne Arundel County that still look dismal compared to sales of 2009, but yet again the first time homebuyer tax credit continues to create a somewhat unusual picture. Comparing sales in Novemebr of 2010 to the previuos month provides a more true picture of the current resale market. Check here for market statistics from October 2010 in Anne Arundel County
The inventory has decreased slightly.

Residential Home Resale statistics for Anne Arundel County- September 2010 Sales in Anne Arundel County, MD in September of 2010 showed a huge decrease in comparison to sales in September of 2009. There was a 20% decline of units sold, but the Average sale price as a percentage of the list price was very similar to the same period of time last year. Not that 89.76% of list price is very much to celebrate. For a seller in Anne Arundel County with a home listed for $300,000, an offer of more than $270,000 could be considered a good offer!

Anne Arundel County.

Sales in Anne Arundel County for the month of April 2010 have greatly increased since a year prior, increasing by over 30%. Homes are selling quicker, too, though in general at a lower price. Sales also increased compared to last month by over 20%.
Spring is the Real Estate season and there were 1146 new listings.

Sales in Anne Arundel County for the month of March 2010 are slightly lower than sales for the same month in 2009, but have greatly increased since February of 2010 when the total sold dollar volume was $88,347.
On a positive note the average sale price as a percentage of list price has increased slightly.
Spring is the Real Estate season and there were 1146 new listings.
