I wanted to change some of my US cash to the local currency of Pesos. I mentioned this to Rich and he said he'd take me to a good spot to do this. So we got in the truck and off we went. Visit to Casa Linda - 2 The next morning I awoke to birds chirping, a rooster crowing and another beautiful blue sky and bright sunshine. I had my breakfast and then went with Rich to meet Eric Sandael, a Norwegian gentleman, who is the developer of Casa Linda. Eric obviously takes great pride in his development and has a commitment to creating a safe, gated community for the residents and guests of Casa Linda, employment for the local community and is always looking for ways to improve both Casa Linda and the community. Recently I paid a visit to a new developer in our portfolio located in the Dominican Republic. Here is part one of the notes about my trip. Visit to Casa Linda – 1 From Toronto (YYZ) I was on a direct flight on Westjet to Puerto Plata (POP). Direct flights are always SO nice!
