Here we are continueing to see the market get stronger. The NAR states prices have risen 8.2% in this past year. The mortgage rates are still under 4%, but it looks like they will increase to over 4% within a few months. There looks like there will be more buyers on the market competing to buy homes than there will be sellers. If anyone has considered the thought of purchasing a home now is the time to jump and get started in the search for that particular home which will meet the needs demanded.
