Snow tops Charlotte NC homes in wintertime. Charlotte NC and Lake Norman received another beautiful snowfall last night. It was one of the most beautiful snowfalls we've had in awhile. That's one of the great things about living in here in Charlotte and Lake Norman, we have four seasons. Winters in Charlotte NC are not harsh, average temperatures are in the mid 30's most of the time and occasionally the temperature will dip below 32 degrees. The Charlotte Real Estate market is pulling up rather quickly. The Peninsula Club, a Lake Norman Upscale Cornelius community, you will find sold signs on many of the million dollar homes that have been on the market for more than 120 days. Yes, of course, some of the prices had to come down, but the fact of the matter is that homes are selling and the market is tightening up.
