Here’s a look at the Gilbert Real Estate Market Report for November 2018. The median home sale price for this month increased year-over-year, but we recorded a decrease in that price from last month. Let’s take a closer look at the stats for this area. There were a total of 412 homes sold in the Gilbert area for the month of October. This number shows an 11.4 percent decrease from the 465 homes sold in October of 2017. We’re also seeing a decrease from the 420 sold last month.
