As we go into the spring season, Instead of reflecting on it I would like to leave this past winter waaayyy behind! The housing market is now taking off and I want to go with it. Well, Spring is around the corner and we are about to spring forward with our time. Come On Spring!! I welcome you with open arms. Business has picked up and I hope it keeps on going. I am still thinking positive on the market. I know that the news isn't always so great, but I still think it will get better. After all, could it get much worse? Did I say that? OMG! :-P It does seem that since the first of the year, I have gotten busier with phone calls, emails, etc. I am working on an offer and have some appointments scheduled. Positive ways of thinking, brings positive results! Now I just may be too positive in my thinking, but I've been saying all along, when asked how is real estate doing right now? My response is, "Gee, not real good at this time, BUT it is going to pick up soon"! Well, am I the only positive thinker out there?
