If you are looking to buy, I am sorry to say that the inventory is low and the selection is slim. Many overpriced and unattractive homes and condos are lingering on the market. The numbers show a buyer's market on paper because of the higher number of units available compared to units sold. In the field, the reality is different and there are a lot of stale listings with unrealistic sellers and agents.
