I have a new listing! I am excited. On another note - I did learn one thing this weekend, always treat family the same as all your clients. I decided to not have a family friend sign a buyer's contract with me, showed them some homes, and they made an offer on one of the homes via ANOTHER realtor...

I am looking forward to contacting 7 friends, family, Sphere of influence as well as 7 Expired and FSBOs today. I should get one good lead from that. 

Update on my Listing appointment: the Husband is not on title, only the wife. Of course my appointment was with the husband. I will be making another appointment with both of them to get the papers signed...bummer. So today was a basic meet and greet as well as drop off paperwork. I will keep you...

I just spoke to a potential Seller. He received one of my postcards in the mail from my Just Listed Campaign. I am very excited to meet him tomorrow on my Listing appointment.
