New sets of skills have emerged in the Real Estate market that have Real Estate Brokers looking for people with an appreciation for and who are utilizing these new skills.
The business still requires product knowledge, communication skills, developing new prospects, integrity and honesty. (And let's not forget having a positive attitude no matter what kind of market it is).
Today's agent should become proficient with some of the following new skills.

I value good service. I am fortunate to have Sales Associates who also value good service. I know this to be an accurate statement because of the feedback I receive from our clients. The remarks I hear most often from our clients are: "Your Agent was prompt" or "She was very attentive to our needs". "Our Agent was courteous and professional". What goes into making an Agent a good service provider? When I interview potential Agents, I often look for good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
