The "Real State of Real Estate" Community Workshop was a great success this past Thursday Evening April 23 at the LakeLand Village Club House in Allyn, Washington, where it was well attended by Realtors, homeowners and individuals interested in Short Sales, Tax issues and Loan Modification.
It was an exceptional educational event.

I have been noticing a lot of green around lately. No, I am not talking about the kind of green you spend. I am referring to the great ways to be environmentally friendly. I thought I would share a little bit of what Windermere has been doing. One of the new ideas attracting a lot of attention is "re-purposing". I guess that would make it an old idea. To date Mason County has had 1,222 total real estate sales. There were 1,152 sales to Washington State Buyers. Locals made up the largest percentage of buyers numbering 747 all from zip code 985xx (Mason County). Followed by 162 buyers from zip code 983xx (Jefferson County). The third largest percentage of buyers came from King County, 980xx, a total of 90 buyers. Seattle area buyers from zip code 981xx accounted for 68 sales.
