I have not posted on the Mason County Real Estate Statistics on the AR platform for awhile. So I thought let's do it today. I would like to enlighten the AR community to what is going on in our "neck of the woods". For those who have no clue as to "where the heck" Mason County, Washington is, look no further. To date Mason County has had 1,222 total real estate sales. There were 1,152 sales to Washington State Buyers. Locals made up the largest percentage of buyers numbering 747 all from zip code 985xx (Mason County). Followed by 162 buyers from zip code 983xx (Jefferson County). The third largest percentage of buyers came from King County, 980xx, a total of 90 buyers. Seattle area buyers from zip code 981xx accounted for 68 sales.
