Have you ever tried doing something nice just "because"? What was the reaction you received? Don't most people want something in return for good deeds? Well, in my real estate business this happens a lot. Sometimes I will try helping someone not expecting a return at that moment. Like sharing information on loan modifications (I don't get paid a dime for helping clients with this), or sharing information on how to deal with creditors while going through a short sale. What's your plan? This is my plan and you all are to keep me accountable. If you have any other suggestions to add here, please feel free to comment. I'm going to be getting an accountability partner that I check in with every morning to share three things I am going to get done that day. I will then call them back and confirm status of those accountable items. I'm going to be prospecting a minimum of one hour five times a week including for REO listings. I just finished making a plan of action for the month of June for a new client. It really is very exciting! I have it posted at my desk. I've got all the details for the month set up and I must say I am pretty proud of being able to find 22 action days out of the 28 I have room for on the calendar. I think it will help me stay accountable and on point. This particular marketing plan was a little more challenging than my typical plan of action as it is a luxury home close to $2M. … (6 comments)
