staging: Staging made the difference!

I am a Broker and also am a photographer and stager. I had a great listing that at least 3 buyers couldn't visualize a dinnette set in the country-style kitchen. I decided to order some new furniture and stage the home. The next day, I had a agent show it and the buyer's loved the home and the furniture. They wrote an offer and it is now pending. The agent said the staging sold it! I am glad I made the investment in my own staging furniture. Now I will be moving it to another listing that is vacant and hopefully … (5 comments)
