I had buyers today who wanted to write an offer on a home I had shown them. I called the listing Broker to tell him that I had a written offer on his listing. He informed me that the Sellers were in Europe, and that he would have to e mail them and find out where we could fax the offer. He also was concerned about the time change, and said we would have to figure out an appropriate time to fax the offer, taking into account the time change. Technology to the rescue. The temperature outside is definitely diving..Cold, Cold, Cold, but the Pascack Valley Real Estate Market is Hot, Hot, Hot. We may be having frigid temperatures outside, but the buyers are definitely out looking, and placing offers on many homes. I have had three of my beautiful listings go under Contract in the past week, and my other beautiful listings I have adopted for marketing are receiving many showings and lots of interest.
